The hamid manzil, housing rare collections and valuable art objects, is further secured with iron grills on all doors and windows. All individuals entering the library, including readers, visitors, and scholars, must pass through a metal detector. Entry to the reading room requires a security check and registration of names and addresses. Bags and polythene bags are prohibited within the library, as are cameras. A comprehensive CCTV system monitors the entire library, with security personnel reviewing footage around the clock. Additionally, a fire extinguishing system is in place to protect the collection from fire damage.
